Request for Accommodations    Help

Welcome to the Disability and Access Student Portal!

It can take 3-5 business days for all courses to populate. Please contact your Access Coordinator if you are missing courses.

Accommodation Letter Module Info

Welcome to the Accommodation Letter Module. You can request your accommodations for each course by selecting the "Accommodations" tab to get started.

·       Once a request is submitted, it will be automatically approved if you do not require any changes to your accommodations. You can find step-by-step instructions here: D&A Step-by-Step Guide to Request Accommodation Letters

·       During the first two weeks of classes, please wait 3-5 business days for the courses to update from the Registrar and populate in the portal. If you do not see your courses listed beyond that, please email your Access Coordinator.

·       Once a request has been submitted, your instructor will receive an email and instructions on how to access your accommodation letter by logging in to the D&A Instructor Portal.

·       If you are in a course that is co-taught by two instructors, you will only receive an Accommodation Letter for the primary instructor of the course.

·       Accommodation Letters cannot be generated for TAs or AIs.

·       You are able to access your own Accommodation Letters in the student portal at any time once your request has been approved.

·       Once your Accommodation Letters are ready, contact your instructors to set up a time to discuss your accommodations.

·       LAW STUDENTS: You will follow the above process, but your accommodation letters will be released to Jamie Coughlin. You will need to contact her to discuss accommodations. Instructors will not receive copies of your accommodation letters.

·    INCOMPLETE COURSES: You will need to follow the process below for requesting a miscellaneous accommodation letter.
