I don’t see my class(es)?
It can take 3-5 business days for all of your courses to show in the portal. If it has been over 5 business days and your courses are still missing, please reach out to your Access Coordinator. Here are some reasons as to why your courses might not be in the portal:
· Enrollment not confirmed. This could mean you haven’t paid your tuition bill or you need to speak with your academic advisor about other issues.
· Class changes. If you’ve recently switched or added a class, our system may take a few days to reflect the update.
· Pending instructor information. If your request shows as ‘Pending,” it likely means that an instructor hasn’t been assigned to the course in the UT Course Schedule. We are working to update the instructor information as it becomes available, so you can access your accommodation letter. We encourage you to download a copy of your letter and email it to your instructor in the meantime.
· Expired accommodations. You should contact your assigned Access Coordinator to check on your current status with D&A.
